Job opportunities

At Pilot Flight Academy, we take pride in preparing our students for exciting careers in aviation. Through a focused and hands-on education, our graduates leave with the skills and confidence needed to take on a range of roles in the industry.

Many go on to become commercial pilots, fly corporate jets, or take on instructor positions—and we’re proud to see our alumni flying for airlines such as Scandinavian Airlines, KLM, Widerøe, Emirates, Wizz Air, and Ryanair.

We also offer sponsored Flight Instructor opportunities for selected graduates. This is a great way to build hours and gain valuable experience while staying part of our training environment.

The demand for pilots remains high, driven by growing fleets, retirements, and new regulations. Most newly graduated pilots begin their careers either as instructors or first officers—and Pilot Flight Academy provides a strong foundation to take that first step with confidence.

Our Sponsored Flight Instructor programme

Pilot Flight Academy offers a unique opportunity for selected graduates to join our team as Sponsored Flight Instructors. This programme allows you to gain valuable flying experience, build flight hours, and continue developing your skills—while being part of a professional training environment.

It’s an excellent way to kick-start your aviation career and gain paid flying experience straight after graduation.

Candidates are selected based on performance, attitude, and overall suitability for the instructor role.

The Sponsored Flight Instructor programme is a great opportunity for those who have done well during their training and shown the right attitude. This is not just a way to build hours it’s also a real career. You’ll get quality training, start working as an instructor, and become part of a professional team. At PFA, we take the instructor role seriously and support you in developing both your flying and teaching skills.
